In a subsequent article, her successor shared that [most] were unaware “of the legal bill that the party had racked up in the case until Decker resigned. (aka she hid it)
Her successor also shared “I was surprised [by the defense cost]. I wasn’t aware”

She prepared 8 known complaints against fellow County Supervisors.

Gambling away your voice
Erin Decker was a deciding vote for the Kenosha Casino.
In 2004 when Kenosha County evaluated the Casino it was announced up front and open to the public.
County Executive Kerkman and Supervisor Decker decided to negotiate behind the scenes with the tribe starting in April 2023 and didn’t announce the Casino plans to the County Board until November 2023.
Under Kerkman and Decker’s leadership they wanted to ram this through without your input.
Supervisor Decker, along with County Executive Kerkman’s encouragement voted against a binding referendum giving you a voice.
Decker was the deciding vote to approve the Casino and made it clear that your voice does not matter.
In 2008 there was criminal prosecution of those close to the Casino. Why would Erin Decker take a private trip hundreds of miles away to visit the Menomonee? When asked to provide receipts for her trip – she said she didn’t have any and that she wasn’t putting in a request for reimbursement.
When we checked on her other reimbursements in 2023 she –
Received mileage to drive to every County Board meeting.
She took 2 trips to the Wisconsin Dells and Madison on the County’s dime and requested reimbursement.
Even in her deposition she accused me of accepting cash to conceal my activities. But when I asked for receipts – she has none and isn’t requesting reimbursement.
This just doesn’t add up.

Personally benefiting at taxpayer expense
Erin Decker voted to keep expensive taxpayer funded health insurance for herself (and took it, too).
While her group of misfits criticized a fellow supervisor for taking less than $10,000 in PPP funds – Supervisor Decker and her husband received over $126,000 in forgiven PPP funds.

Erin’s Defamation
A $10,000 Lesson
While leading the Republican Party of Kenosha County, Erin Decker used their social media for her personal agenda to make a defamatory statement about me.
The matter could have been resolved up front for less than $2,500. Because she wasn’t spending her money she chose to fight and wasted $27,000 of RPKC money while she let her fellow RPKC board members incur personal legal fees and be named as defendants for over a year.
Finally, I released her co-defendants from the lawsuit after she admitted that she was solely responsible for the posts.
She even put her 18-year-old daughter in a bad position as she was Treasurer of RPKC. Erin Decker has no morals or ethics.
In her mind any means justifies the end.
